What temperature range do the boxes hold?

The ICE-G200 keeps a rated 2–28 °C protection zone for carrying pens in use — below 25 °C at 37 °C summer ambient, above 5 °C at −5 °C winter ambient. For long-term stationary storage, keep pens refrigerated.

Can I take them on a plane?

Yes. Both models are approved for air and high-speed rail — neither has a cooling battery, so they face no airline battery restriction at all.

What is the minimum order quantity?

500 units per model is our minimum order — standard and OEM alike. Smaller trial orders are negotiable for first-time partners — ask us.

What can be customised?

Logo placement, housing colour, retail packaging, user manual and outer carton. Tooling terms are quoted up front and stay fixed.

What is the lead time?

Seven to fifteen days for standard models, five days for samples. You receive a weekly capacity and production report once an order is placed.

Which certifications are available?

All three models carry CE marking and RoHS compliance, ISO-aligned QC and 100% function testing, with a test report and certificate pack matched to every batch. Tell us your target market and we'll send the documentation set that applies.
